Steps for online application:
Step 1. Review this instruction page and proceed to the online nomination form.

Step 2. Once the online nomination is started, you must complete ALL of the steps of the online nomination process to complete an application. Only complete nomination will be reviewed by the judges. (Note: You must establish a screen name and password in order to make any future revisions to your nomination.)

Step 3. Once you are ready to enter the nominee, go to the first page of the online nomination form and complete all required information.

Step 4. You will receive an email confirming the information has been received by the judging panel. If you need to revise any information, please sign back in using the screen name and password that you originally established before July 1, 2007. No revisions or alterations are possible after July 1, 2006.

Step 5. To delete a candidate, the original nominator must send an email to Awards@ePhilanthropy.org.
